A generative ambient music station playing music created by AI trained on field recordings from abandoned locations.
How did you come up with this project?
I spent two years carrying a portable recorder to those forgotten places. The silence in these places is not silence at all—it is filled with resonance, hums, and decay.
How often do you use this product yourself?
The model doesn't replay them—it dreams, generating entirely new sounds with the same spectral fingerprint.
We trained a custom diffusion model using over 400 hours of field recordings. The result sounds like it comes from places that exist only within the model's latent space.
The static noise between radio stations is the most honest broadcast.
The web player is intentionally minimalist: a frequency knob, a location tag, and a waveform visualization. No skip buttons, no playlists.
